Maddie and Zach’s Our Lady of Victory Church Wedding was an amazingly special day, full of laughs, tears and flowers!
Since I photographed their St Paul engagement session, I already knew how adorable and happy these two are together. I’m so glad I had another opportunity to witness their love!
Their wedding day
Their families joined them in a beautiful celebration that started with the ceremony at Our Lady of Victory Church in St Paul, where the blue doors in the front and the amazing big yard allowed us some fun portraits after the ceremony. The classic and beautiful Minneapolis Golf Club was the venue for their lovely reception.
For their wedding day they invited the sweetest bridal party of fourteen amazingly fun friends, including two little flower girls which made the day very fun and full of energy!
It was a very relaxed summer day in June. It wasn’t too hot, and while we did have a few rain drops during the day, it was calm enough that we were able to do some portraits with umbrellas!
Favorite parts
My favorite parts of the day were 1) The letters before the ceremony. Since Maddie and Zach weren’t doing a first look, they read each other letters around the corner without seeing each other. It was so tear-jerkingly emotional — and adorable, just like them! 2) To see Zach watch Maddie walking down the aisle. Zach was so moved (and everyone else was too!) 3) In his speech at the Golf Club, Zach’s new father-in-law recognized all the effort Zach put into his relationship with Maddie as her best friend even before they began their romance!
The dance was unbelievable as Maddie’s family were all super good dancers, and so were all the kids , which made the dance floor the best dance floor ever!
It was a beautiful day filled with love and pure joy and it was the biggest honor for me to have this front seat to your amazing love!
