Romantic Van Dusen Mansion Wedding

Lindsay and Ross’ romantic early summer wedding felt like the perfect balance of elegance and playfulness from beginning to end.

The morning started in the grand suites, where sunlight poured through the windows and the energy was already high. Getting ready with the flower girls was one of my favorite parts of the day, giggles echoing through the room, little dresses twirling, and those quiet in-between moments that feel just as meaningful as the ceremony itself.

Their outdoor ceremony in the courtyard was timeless and heartfelt. Surrounded by white florals and their closest people dressed in striking all-black attire, the contrast was stunning: classic, clean, and incredibly intentional. The vibe was romantic without feeling overly formal. When they shared their vows, you could feel how steady and grounded their love is.

As the evening unfolded, the celebration shifted beautifully. Emotional toasts filled the ballroom with both laughter and tears — the kind that make you pause and look around at everyone who helped shape this story. Dinner felt warm and intimate, but once the music started, the energy completely transformed.

The dance floor was packed. Shoes came off! The black-tie elegance gave way to full celebration mode. Guests drifted between the high-energy dance floor and the softly lit patio outside, where string lights glowed against the early summer night.

What stood out most about Lindsay and Ross’ day wasn’t just  beautiful, it was how joyful it felt. Playful, intentional, and deeply connected from start to finish.
