A classic Minneapolis Club Wedding with timeless charm

There’s something so timeless about weddings at the Minneapolis Club. As a creative and a wedding photographer,  I’m drawn to spaces with character, and this one has it all—from the grand staircase to the wood-paneled rooms and vintage ambiance to the fantastic windows that let light in. It feels like stepping into a chapter of Minneapolis history, and photographing a couple here always makes for such a naturally elegant day.

Sally and Frank tied the knot with a ceremony at Our Lady of Lourdes, then headed back to the Club for a joyful, relaxed reception. The day had this lovely pace to it—unhurried and full of celebration.

The classic, neutral florals paired perfectly with the Club’s rich architecture and the couple even had a vintage car for their exit (a photographer’s dream!). The car belonged to the bride’s grandfather and it made for a wonderful moment to remember him!

The reception at the Minneapolis Club felt like something out of an old-world movie—intimate, elegant, and full of personality. The space filled with ornate chandeliers, and historic charm,  offers such a cozy yet refined atmosphere. It’s one of those venues where you don’t need to  decorate; the architecture does the work for you.

From the most heartfelt toasts echoing through the room to the laughter on the dance floor , every moment felt effortlessly timeless.   Sally and Frank created a day that felt true to them—intentional, meaningful, and centered around family!
