Sally & Frank’s beautiful wedding at the Minneapolis Club
Sally and Frank’s wedding was one of those days that reminded me why I love weddings so much.
The whole day unfolded so naturally that everyone could simply enjoy being together, and I think that shows in every photograph.
They exchanged vows at the beautiful Our Lady of Lourdes before making their way to one of my favorite wedding venues in Minneapolis, the Minneapolis Club, where family and friends gathered for an evening that felt equal parts elegant and incredibly personal.
The Minneapolis Club fit their day so well! Sally’s dress with the special touch of her lace jacket , her hair, everything was so timeless. Between the grand staircase and the beautiful natural light, their wedding photographed beautifully.
One of my favorite things about Sally and Frank’s wedding was how intentionally everything reflected who they are. Their heartfelt toasts, the way they prioritized spending time with their guests, and all of the little family touches throughout the day made it feel incredibly personal.
Their wedding felt welcoming, joyful, and completely true to them!

A vintage getaway with a storyAt the end of the ceremony, Sally and Frank climbed into a beautiful vintage car that belonged to the bride’s grandfather.
Once I learned the story behind it, those photographs instantly became some of my favorites from the entire day.
I always tell my couples that years from now, the details you’ll treasure most usually aren’t the most expensive ones. They’re the ones that remind you of your family, your history, and the people who helped shape your story.
This was one of those moments.
Minneapolis Club Wedding Reception
As a Minneapolis wedding photographer, I love venues with personality, and the Minneapolis Club is one of those places that never disappoints!
As everyone settled in for dinner, the Minneapolis Club transformed into exactly what it does best: a warm, welcoming space where conversations were meaninful, heartfelt toasts had everyone laughing (and crying), and before long the dance floor was packed.
It’s one of those venues that somehow feels grand without ever feeling formal. Even with all of its history and elegance, it still feels inviting, which I think is one of the reasons couples and guests love it so much.
From the most heartfelt toasts echoing through the room to the laughter on the dance floor, every moment felt effortlessly timeless. Sally and Frank created a day that felt true to them and centered around family!Â
One of my favorite moments from the day happened during the toasts. Instead of sitting quietly at their tables, everyone gathered together, glasses in hand, making the whole room feel connected. It felt like one big celebration of Sally and Frank and the life they’re building together.
