What a wonderful day for Snowy Tree farm engagement session in Minnesota. When Kate and Houston told me they wanted to do winter engagement photos , I got  so excited because it truly can be so magical.

These two are getting married next winter too, so that was a perfect theme for their photos <3 Our engagement session was a blast !

If you are thinking of doing winter photos, tree farms are a great option since you can count on the beautiful landscape of the evergreen trees, even more if there is snow in the ground! Hansen Tree Farm in Anoka also has tall pines and they are not that far from the Twin Cities!  They offer a permit for photography and is a very well kept and gorgeous place. Other Tree farms that allow photography in Minnesota are Kruegers Christmas Trees (Lake Elmo),  Pinestead Tree farm (Isanti)  and Giffords Tree Farm (Lakeville.

When we arrived to the tree farm this afternoon, the sun was warming up and peeking between the clouds! It was so fun to see how strong Kate and Houston love is, as well as how much fun they have together! Walking in the snow and cuddling among the trees, it truly felt like a Hallmark movie in this  winter wonderland!
