The beautiful lights at Rice Park are incomparably magical. This proposal at Rice Park in St Paul was lovely and so lit! The lights are usually on from the last week of November until the beginning of January, and they are truly worth seeing!! There’s just something special about a park full of twinkling lights.
Caleb made a plan to go over all of their first dates until, at the last stop, they went to Rice Park. Among the holiday lights, he got in a knee and asked her to marry him! She was so happy , and seriously couldn’t believe it!
