What a wonderful way to celebrate!

Karolina and Leif chose to have the sweetest Excelsior Bay lake elopement with only their closest friends in attendance. It was a small affair, but that doesn’t make the day any less grand! They exchanged their vows beneath a beautiful tree right at the edge of Lake Minnetonka. There wasn’t anyone else around, but I am sure people could feel their love from miles away. Leif couldn’t take his eyes off of Karolina for even a second. They were all smiles during the lakeside elopement ceremony, even through the happy tears that were shed. After they were pronounced married, we took a lovely walk around the lake to take pictures before the evening ended with an intimate celebration dinner. I am honored to have been there to witness this beautiful union, and I wish many, many happy years together to Karolina and Leif! Congratulations!

I absolutely love small weddings, and this Excelsior lake elopement was one to remember. Smaller weddings are so intimate, and I think there’s an extra special connection between the bride and groom and their guests.
