When Sophie reached out after attending her sister’s beautiful wedding at Brick x Mortar — a day I had the joy of photographing — I already knew this celebration was going to be something special. There is nothing more meaningful than being invited back into a family’s story. From our first conversation, I could tell that Sophie and Gabe were intentional, thoughtful, and deeply centered on the people they love most.
We spent the most magical day together at Hutton House, surrounded by their closest VIP family and friends. The energy felt elevated yet warm — elegant without ever feeling stiff. Their ceremony was heartfelt and personal, filled with live music and quiet moments that made everyone lean in just a little closer. You could feel how supported and celebrated they were.
The design details were stunning. Black-tie attire set the tone beautifully — and truly, the guests understood the assignment. It was one of those weddings where every corner of the room felt polished, cohesive, and effortlessly stylish. The first dances were unforgettable, full of emotion and joy, and the reception carried that energy late into the evening.
What stood out most, though, was how family remained at the center of it all. Sophie and Gabe created a day that felt intentional, welcoming, and full of love from start to finish.
