Meeting Amy and Adam for early sunrise engagement photos around Minnehaha Falls was the perfect start to a beautiful summer day.

When you are visiting a familiar place in a totally different light, it sparks something in you.  Specially if you happen to meet with two amazing new friends 🙂  There were almost no one out there, and we could even see the sun mist evaporating from the grass.

Amy and Adam met while studying in Ohio, where their love story began. They visited from Columbus, OH to Minnesota this past August, where Amy’s from, and decided to take a stroll with me around Minneapolis for their engagement portraits.

They are so sweet to each other, and a serious joy to photograph! Not only they are incredibly in love with each other, but they are so in sync and just so FUN! I am happy I got to introduce them to the falls and a little of the nature side to the cities, since they both like exploring, hiking and trail running.

Aren’t they amazing?! Can’t hardly wait for their wedding next year! 🙂
