I can’t even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed photographing this lovely midwest backyard wedding in Johnston, Iowa! It was such a gorgeous day from start to end. Emily and Pär were so happy and so were all of their guests and family.
I have a weak spot when it comes to good love stories. I especially adore fairy-tale-like love stories when couples win over time and distance, and this is definitely one of them. Emily is from Iowa and Pär is from Sweden. Their celebration included people coming from across the United States and Pär’s family coming from their Swedish homes. 🙂 I am a strong believer in sacrifices to be with the one that you love !
Many of the details were done by themselves and their helpful mom and families helping to setup this beautiful setting! The Lingonberry jam to take home was my favorite touch 🙂
