I have been waiting since right after meeting Bridget and Adam for their Minnesota engagement photos downtown Hopkins to share the amazing love they have.
When they shared that one of their favorite hobbies were family camping trips and attending lots of weddings, I knew it in my hear. The enjoy adventure, quality time with their family and celebrating with their friends. The enjoy Vikings, the outdoors and even hockey! My absolutely kind of people. Add to this, the gigantic, authentic love they share and please: pass me kleenex. These two lovely pair met a bit ago in college, and in their home in Hopkins, where they have absolutely made it a home, and I was lucky to be given the most personalized tour around town while we did their most romantic happy photos.
Being their home, they decided on Hopkins for their engagement session at the very own park where Adam proposed:
“Meet me at the park” – he wrote on a piece of paper… When she got home, ran out to the park which is literally across the street from the house and there he was waiting in their neighborhood park, casually sitting in a bench with a happy grin. His restless feet among rose petals in the floor, and most importantly, a quite gorgeous ring in his hands, ready to (finally) ask her to be his wife.
My best part of the proposal story? Her screaming “IS THIS A JOKE?” .
They are fun and loving, and make fun of each other enough to make anyone’s heart burst with contagious happiness.
Can’t hardly wait for their wedding in 314 days!
