About Bavaria Downs and the Edward Anne State
Originally built in 1856, the estate has a long story. It was once the home of a prominent Minnesota businessman called Edward Anne and his family. Over the years, the house has undergone several renovations and changes, and it is now a luxury wedding and event venue .
Bavaria Downs was established in 2018 so is a newer and popular venue in Minnesota! It has gotten many recognitions such as one the Best Minnesota wedding venue !
While many people refer to it as “Bavaria Downs”, this first property is named the Edward Anne State.
Bavaria Downs refers to the entire of their beautiful property, containing both the Edward Anne Estate and the Equestrian West venue (opening 2023). Equestria West will be another luxury venue inspired by the natural beauty of the outdoors.
